Concept : Positioned along Digha–Airoli Road and overlooking Digha Talao, the project mediates between the energy of the city and the calm of the surrounding landscape. A vibrant podium activates the street edge with commercial and public functions, creating a strong urban presence. Above, the residential towers rise as lighter forms, oriented toward the hills to capture expansive views and a quieter living environment. This transition from an active base to serene residences creates a seamless balance between urban life and natural retreat.
