High Rise Tower

Concept : This is an IT Park building with star –rated Business Hotel Building. The building façade is designed with 2 different type of glass façade treatments completely distinguishing the two users. The diamond shaped glass grid is used for the  star- rated hotel building and the vertical grid is sued for the IT Building. Open terraces are created such that it connects the 2 facades and connects the exterior to the interior spaces. The Retail and podium parking spaces for an interesting base against which the building elevates itself in front of the picturesque Lake.
