Opus Prime

Concept : Opus Prime is a 10 storeyed  IT building in mumbai . The unique feature of the building is that each floor is one complete office .A floor plate of 8390 sqft with a floor height of 11'-6" and 10440 sqft with a floor height of 12’3”. Minimum columns and flat slabs gives justice to the usage of the space.

The Elevation is an elegant and mimalistic with entire structure is enveloped in glass  and certain recessed bands  to highlight the masses created.
