Concept : Envisioned as a 40+ storey mixed-use landmark, the project rises as a cluster of vertical forms—where commerce and living exist together, yet speak in their own voices. At the base, a vibrant podium comes alive with movement and exchange, shaping an active edge that engages the city. It becomes ground of energy—porous, dynamic, and inviting. From this lively foundation, glass towers begin to emerge, lifting upward in a graceful rhythm. Each volume stands distinct yet intertwined, forming a composition of interlocking forms that shift with light and perspective. As they rise, the architecture transforms—from the intensity of the public realm to the calm of spaces above—creating a layered experience that moves from the pulse of the city to
the quiet of the sky.
