Concept : The proposed Printing Press facility is a modern, purpose-built structure designed to streamline operations while reflecting a strong cultural identity. Spread across three levels, it features a large, efficient workshop zone, dedicated service access, and clearly defined circulation paths.

Its distinct architectural form — with curved walls and vertical fins — enhances natural light and thermal comfort. Materials like exposed RCC and MCM brick echo regional aesthetics while supporting durability.

With provisions for future expansion, ample parking, and separate entry points for different users, the facility balances functionality with long-term adaptability. It is also targeting LEED Platinum and ISO certification, with a strong focus on sustainability through native landscaping and climate-responsive design.
