Devasya

Concept : The linear and narrow form of the building is composed by adding slices of light coloured dead surfaces on all four corners enclosing the darker coloured surfaces along the fenestration. A play of brick cladded vertical fins and light coloured horizontal bands onto darker core further subdivides the structure enhancing its linear form. On one side of the elevation the symmetrically placed double height voids at the entrance and rear side gives a sense of a structure levitating above its surroundings.
