The building has 2 offices with area of 1300 sqft to 1600 sqft. The structure is planned in such a way that there is a posiibility to amalgamate to give a single floor plate. The floor to floor height is kept 12.0 feet considering the service requirement in IT office buildings. 29 lvls tower parking provided for the highlight of the building is the double height entrance lobby which create a grand ambience.
